T & D Engineers is currently working with Gensler on a new Shape Charge Manufacturing Facility for Schlumberger. The project covers approximately 158 acres with 50 acres being developed. The project consists of 10 main buildings with several smaller storage buildings also included in the project. The building types consist of manufacturing, office, maintenance, lab, research and explosive storage. The site includes a large site pond that is used for both storm water detention and a fire protection water source. Construction of the project is currently underway and final construction of the full facility is anticipated in late 2013.
